Shipping, Returns & Refunds
Shipping Policy
All orders are consider to be in processing status until a tracking number has been assigned.
Once an order has been received please allow up to 4-12 weeks for customized pieces to process and ship. All stock pieces are available to ship within 7-10 business days (domestic only)
Upon completion of order processing customers will receive a tracking number. Please contact courier directly using your provided tracking number for delivery status updates.
Multi Item Orders
For multiple items (two or more), we combine all items and ship them to customers in one unified package.
Refund Policy
Our Refund Policy applies to all purchases made online at toriafinds.com
Select items purchased through www.toriafinds.com may be returned or exchanged within 10 days of delivery confirmation receipt from mail courier for a full or partial refund upon approval. *excluding shipping and Insurance costs*
All customized jewelry is made to order according to customer specifications, deeming customized jewelry ineligible for returns and or exchanges.
All jewelry is inspected prior to shipping to ensure product integrity. Should a quality issue arise, customers are required to submit a return request to contact@toriafinds.com.
Return Request email must include the following:
*Original invoice/order number
*Detailed description of reason for return request, accompanied by pictures clearly showing aforementioned reasons.
*Valid customer contact information.
Return requests submitted 10 days after delivery confirmation receipt from mail courier will not be considered and return will automatically be denied.
If a refund is approved, the returned merchandise must be received in: (1) saleable condition; (2) unused and or unworn maintaining all original packaging and contents; (3) returned to us with any and all complimentary or gift items received in combination with the merchandise (when applicable); (4) not subject to exclusions indicated below; and (5) the refund is initiated within ten (10) days of purchase.
Toria Finds, at its absolute discretion, reserves the right not to offer an exchange or refund for any item.
Consumer Guarantees
If the failure is minor, we will replace the relevant item within a reasonable time.
Toria Finds will require satisfactory proof of purchase before providing a remedy. A photo must be provided to the Toria Finds team supporting the claim.
Tendering Accepted Returns - Absolute
Refunds are distributed back to the customer's original form of payment.
If the order was returned due to an incorrect address or the package was unclaimed, Toria Finds has the right to charge for the product to be re-shipped.
Gift or bonus with purchase and bundled items
Merchandise purchased with complimentary items or bonuses, require that those items in addition to the purchased item be returned (unless otherwise stated). Customers who fail to return complimentary or bonus items overall or return them in subpar conditions, will receive a reduction in their refund price by the value of the complimentary or bonus items.
In the instance of bundle offers, all items within the bundle must also be returned or the value of the unreturned items will be deducted from any available refund.
Privacy when making a return
Toria Finds is committed to protecting your privacy.
Information collected when returning merchandise will be securely stored for a reasonable period of time. It may be used for fraud protection activities and for the purpose of Toria Finds research and analysis. It may be disclosed to state and territory departments upon request, as required by law.
